This visualization practice is about creating your day (or year, month, hour!) ahead with the power of your imaginative mind. Each session aims to bring stillness and calm into your mind and body, whilst being guided to access your powerful imagination via positive and meaningful images.

What can I expect in a creative visualization session with Jenny:

Jenny will gently guide you by softly whispering words, evoking images to relax and see yourself as new.
You will discover the creative force within you, as you experience how to calm the mind, clearly state your intent & summon your visions towards you.

Suits anyone who desires to awaken the power of their mind, visualize the best version of themselves.

uses both practices within the one session.
Meditation is practiced to begin with to assist the mind to unclutter and quieten from distracting and unnecessary thoughts. This is achieved with some meditation techniques such as breath awareness.
When you feel relaxed, you can then access your deeper intuitive self and mind. This is where you want to be during your creative visualization practice.
The next part is the visualization part. Here is where guided imagery is used to both inspire, to empower and awaken your imagination towards your desires. The visualization techniques will help you to form vivid detailed images of what you want in your mind.
When you focus on an image, this gives power and vibrancy to the practice.
Create Your Day is both calming and dynamic simultaneously.
